4) What do I need to qualify?
• Income must be at least 2.5x the rent
• No evictions or major landlord issues
• Minimum 550 credit score
• No violent criminal history
5) What is required to move in?
You’ll need:
• First month’s rent
• Security deposit (equal to one month’s rent)
• Utilities in your name before keys are released
6) Do you accept Section 8 / Housing Choice Vouchers?
Yes, we do accept Housing Choice Vouchers unless otherwise stated.
7) Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered case-by-case and may include additional fees.
8) How fast can I move in?
We move quickly.
Once approved and funds are ready, we can typically get you in fast.
9) Is the property still available?
If you can still schedule a showing through ShowMojo,
it is still available.
10) How do I hold a property?
We may offer a “deposit to hold” option in certain situations.
This takes the property off the market and secures your move-in date.
