More important, prospects see the actual showing availability for the listing. 3) Can apartment locators, or agents who advertise non-exclusive rentals, use ShowMojo?
The short answer is yes. ShowMojo does have apartment finders and apartment locators as customers. Some of them have been with us for a very long time.There are a few important things to understand, though.Whatever activity you use ShowMojo for must be in compliance with your local laws and Multiple Listing Service agreements.ShowMojo makes no guarantee about listing site placement, especially for non-exclusive listings.ShowMojo does have the right to discontinue your service with a prorated refund if your activity has a negative impact on other customers or the ShowMojo service as a whole. Example reasons for this might be (i) excessive complaints from renters or (ii) repeated updates to listings in an attempt to deceive online listing sites such as Zillow or Trulia.In short, we invite you to sign up for the ShowMojo service and benefit from it as other apartment finders and apartment locators do. As long as everyone follows the Golden Rule, we will all get along and grow quite happily.
4) Does ShowMojo provide email and phone support?
ShowMojo provides email support to all accounts. ShowMojo provides phone support (outbound, scheduled call on request) to some PRO and all ELITE accounts. When contacting ShowMojo support, you should not be surprised to receive a link to one of these articles as an initial response. This typically means your inquiry is not unique (that's good news) and we've provided a detailed explanation and step-by-step instructions to address it. It also means the help article behind this link will be regularly updated as ShowMojo learns and builds more to fit your business.It is important to understand what you get with ShowMojo. Our goal is to provide a do-it-for-you automated service that leaves you and your staff with plenty of time to do things other than leasing. What we have yet to invent is configure-it-for-you -- at least not all the way. All property management (and real estate) is local. Each leasing agent does it different.
