1) How Do I schedule a showing.
During the wrap up of our vacation rental season, the first step is to fill out an application for the desired property. After the application is filled out you can call our office to confirm the application was received and at that time will work with you to schedule a time to see the property. Once you've seen the property and confirm you want the property for the offseason we will collect the application fee of $35 and run the application and upon approval will prepare the lease!
