1) What are the requirements?
Income needs to be 2.5x-3x the monthly rent and good credit. We are mainly looking to see payments are made on time.

2) What documents do I need for the application?
Three most recent pay stubs or three most recent bank statements and a photo of your ID.

3) What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is always equal to one months rent. Example, if the rent is $1,350 then the security deposit is also $1,350.
