1) What is your application fee?
$55 non-refundable application fee per adult (18+). This average cost is based on the number of applications processed annually. This is based on the averagecost to process an application, which is made up of the costs for the application processing system ($30.00) and costs to review and manage the application($27.95)

2) What are the general application requirements?
Must make 2 times the rental rate. Non-occupying cosigners or guarantors are not accepted nor included in the income calculation.No previous eviction filings or evictions in the last 7 years. This includes judgments that did not go to full eviction.No unpaid balances of any amount reported on past rentals or utilities.No past due debt with a balance greater than  $1,000.Minimum credit score of 600.Bankruptcies must be discharged and not within the past 5 years. No foreclosures in the past 5 years. No felonies or misdemeanors in the past 5 years. (Exceptions include minor infractions classified as traffic, DUI, alcohol related offense, or animal/wildlife offense.) Not a registered sex offender or convicted murderer.

4) Do you accept housing vouchers or section 8?
Yes, we accept all forms of housing in compliance with fair housing guidelines.
