1) What is your criterion when approving applications?
Our three main criterion is a credit score above 600, combined monthly income that is 3 times the monthly rent and two years of rental history. Every application is different and we try to work with everyone, so if you don't fit all of these we usually start with a cosigner application which you can find on our website.
2) Do we all need to apply or does just one?
Every prospective tenant 18 and over must apply for the desired unit. We will not begin the application process until we have all applicants. We do this, because we run a credit and background check for every tenant and the application's cost covers the screening fee.
3) Where do we pay for our cosigner's application?
If you go onto our website and scroll to the bottom, there is a blue button that reads "Pay 3rd Party App". This is where you can pay online through a Paylease account or else you can come by with a written check. We do not take cash.
