1) Do I have to enter my credit/debit card info to look at a property, and why?
Yes, that is required. Your card is not charged anything to view a property but it goes with your info to verify identity and to help fight ongoing scams.

2) What are the qualifications to be approved? How many apps do you have already?
Everything is listed on our website; rpmcentralar.com, then click 'search rentals', then click on the property you are interested in, then click 'apply' and you will be able to read through all requirements before completing your application.

3) Do you take the first application on a property?
We do not do applications on a first come basis, but if we get an approvable application, we may move forward immediately. Often times we will receive multiple sets of applications on a property within the first few days, in that situation, we go with the most overall qualified applicant.

4) How long does it take to process an application after I apply?
We process applications as fast as possible. It is imperative that we have the full and separate application competed from each adult applicant that will be in the home. It is also imperative that we have the correct information (name, phone number, and email) for each current and previous rental address listed.We do not get your application or any application info until you have completed the application in it's entirety and paid the application fee. You will recieve confirmation after doing so.

5) Do you accept Section 8 or any type of housing vouchers?​​​​​​​

6) Do you accept more than one animal?
Do you accept more than one animal?Case by case, and it also depends on the property, if so, there would be a pet fee and monthly pet rent for Each animal. We do not have Any properties that would accept more than 2 pets.

7) Current tenants: need maintenance, making rent payments, lease renewal
I am a current tenant and need maintenance, how do I get someone to fix something?​​​​​​​Please go to your online tenant portal through our website, then click 'new maintenance request', it will let you enter the description as well as upload any pictures. That will go to our staff once it's entered on the tenant portal and someone will reach out to you regarding the request.Payments: Yes, all rent payments are paid through the tenant portal from our website, if you are a current tenant you will set up payment there. Be sure to use E-Check or ACH payment so there are no additonal processing fees. If you use Any debit or credit card, the card companies tack on fees. E-Check payments are free, you will need to have your routing number and account number the first time.Lease renewal: Please send us an email with your property address in the subject line, rentfromrpm at gmail.com and our office staff will be in touch with you regarding renewal options.
