Frequently Asked Questions

1) What about my credit score?
We look for a 600 or better credit score. If the average credit score of all applicants is at or better than 600 then we can work with the applicants. Those tenants with a credit score below 600 will be enrolled in our credit reporting program to help build their credit as they stay with us.

2) When can I secure the property?
There is a four-step process to secure one of our properties. First is to submit an application for all adults and pass the initial credit and criminal check. Second is to pass the employment and landlord verifications. Third is to sign the lease. Fourth is to pay the full initial payment via certified funds. At that point the property is reserved for you.

3) Questions about animals?
All of our properties have a listed pet policy in the property description. All animals wether pet, service, or support animal have to be registered with us which is done through the application process.

4) How do I pay rent?
During the move-in process you will be provided all of the information that you need, including multiple different ways to pay rent.

5) How is maintenance handled?
We have a 24 hour a day maintenance phone line that tenants can call to report maintenace issues.
