1) I have been in contact with a leasing agent and want to speak to them.

2) When can I see a property I am interested in?
Our showing schedule is generally 10am-5pm Monday- Friday.  Depending on demand for showings we may limit or expand those hours.  However, you can see every available to time to see a property directly from the listing, just click "Schedule A Showing". We are not able to show properties outside of the available hours on the online scheduler.

3) How can I learn more about applying and qualifying for a rental?

4) I don't have all the money required to move in, will you work with me?
We will not accept payment arrangements for first month's rent or security deposit.  However, for properties that we manage, we are able to accept credit card payments via the online tenant portal.  Some people find that financing the large up front costs of moving in is easily managed in the short term by using a credit card. Credit card payments do have a service fee.  Payments by check or money order, even online payments by check do not have a service fee.

5) How long does it take until I get a decision on my application?
From the time we receive a COMPLETE APPLICATION, the usual time to get a decision is 2-3 business days.  This is highly dependent on the responsiveness of your landlords and employers.  A complete application is a fully completed application for each adult in the household, application fees, all animals must have a completed PetScreener.com application(including service and emotional support animals), state issued photo IDs for all adults and paystubs or other documentation proving income.

6) The ad says this property doesn't accept pets, or doesn't accept the type of pet I have.  I would like to talk to somebody about this, because I believe an exception should be made.
Aside from Reasonable Accommodation requests, all pet policy information is on the property listing. The properties we rent are owned by our clients and they have carefully made the decisions about the pets they will and will not accept.  We are not able to make exceptions.If the property you are interested in is open to the type of pet(s) you have, you will need to make sure to complete an animal application for each of them here: https://www.petscreening.com/referral/9Fux4qJKRSBxThis application is designed to give us the information we need to decide if your animal is appropriate for the housing you have selected.

7) What is the rent? What utilities are included? Is this property still available?
We have published all of this information for each listing on www.OneFocusPM.com.  You may be seeing our ad on a real estate sites such as Trulia or Zillow.  We do not control those ads and how and what they display.  Please check the ad on www.OneFocusPM.com for the FULL LISTING INFORMATION.

8) Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, when the property owner has permitted it.  If a property is able to accept section 8, that information will be on the listing on www.OneFocusPM.com.  It is not common among our listings, but we do have occassional availability.
