1) How long is the lease length?
Most of our leases are one year leases.

2) What are your application guidelines?

3) How long does it take to process an application?
Depending on how much information is included in the application, it can take anywhere from 1-5 days once everyone has filled out the application.

4) Do you have pending applications?
If you are looking to see if we have any pending applications you can email us for the fastest service (leasing@simplepmgroup.com) or call our office- 616-329-6318 Ext. 2.

5) Do you allow pets?
Some of our listings allow pets and some do not allow pets.  The pet policy is listed on each property description.

6) What is the application fee?
The application cost is $40.

7) Is the application fee refundable?
The application fee is non-refundable.

8) What utilities are included in the listing?
All utilities that are included are listed on the description of each listing.

9) Do you accept section 8, Community Rebuilders, Etc.?
If the property accepts a housing voucher contract, it will be listed in the description.
