1) How much is your application processing fees?
Application fees are $45 per adult applicant (including co-signors). Fees must be paid online with your application. Note your application fee once paid is NON REFUNDABLE.

2) What if I have a pet?
Pets are more than welcome as long as the specific unit allows pets. Make sure to check the unit information online to verify if the unit you are interested allows pets.

3) I've checked and the unit I'm interested in allows pets. Do I need to pay a pet deposit?
Yes - The deposit requested will depend on the number or size of your pet(s).

4) I'm moving in the middle of the month, will my rent be pro-rated?
Yes - However we pro-rate all rents on the second month of your occupancy.

5) Should expect to pay a security deposit?
Yes - Usually deposits will equal the same amount as the first month rents. However there could be a difference in the deposit amount that should be paid for a specific property. Make sure to check the property online details to verify the deposit amount.
