1) How do I get your application?
You can download the application off our website www.re831.com

2) Where do I turn in my application?
Our office is located at 411 Capitola Avenue, Capitola. We are directly across from Capitola CIty Hall and the Capitola Police Department. There is a mail drop slot in the door.  Please include all supporting documents and the application fee for each applicant. We can not start processing your application until it is complete.

3) How long does it take to process an application?
Generally speaking it takes 3-5 days to process all of the required verifications including the background check.  Providing an incomplete application can delay a decision. Please be sure to include everything asked for in the Criteria for Tenancy and be sure to include the application fee to expedite the processing.

4) How can I talk to a live person?
You can reach the officeat 831-475-5695 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm monday through friday. After hours and weekend live phone support is not available but you can email the office at info@re831.com and someone will respond on the next business day.
