2) What is your Pet Policy?
*Limit of 2 pets per unit (NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS) For our properties that allow pets, we have a $250 deposit per pet and a $40 per pet monthly fee! Not all of our properties allow pets so please check the specific property details listed on our “Apartment Finder” feature. 40lbs limit for all properties.

3) What is the limit of people that can be living in one unit? ​​​​​​​
The fire code permits 2 people per bedroom.

4) Do you offer short-term rentals?
Yes, we offer short-term rentals. However, availability varies by property. Short-term rentals have a minimum of 3 months and cost an additional 25% of the market rent.

5) Do you require Rental Insurance?
YES, all of our properties require Rental Insurance!

6) How much does it cost to apply? ​​​​​​​
It costs $25 per applicant to submit an application for an apartment (This fee is non-refundable). Anyone who is 18+ years old must apply separately! We highly recommend setting up a viewing/tour of the unit before applying!

7) How long does the processing of an application usually take?
The typical time it takes to process an application is 3-7 days. This can vary depending on the circumstances at play.

8) Do you accept Section 8 and other forms of rental assistance?
Patriot properties accepts all forms of assistance to help you get into your new rental!

9) What are your requirements for non-citizen applicants?
If you are a non-citizen, please provide the following: -Photo ID -Pay stubs for the last 2 pay periods -Social Security Card -Green Card OR EAD (Employment Authorization Document) (Must be valid for your lease term)

10) How long is my application valid?
Applications are valid for 30 days only. If you do not sign a lease within that amount of time, you will need to fill out a new application, as we CAN NOT hold/reserve units.
