1) Are pets allowed?
Owners of each property decide whether pets will be allowed. Each listing states whether pets are allowed in the home. IF pets are allowed the deposit is typically $300 and $35 a month for the pet. Service or emotional support animals will require proper documentation.

2) Do you accept HUD/ Section 8
Owners of each property decide whether they will accept housing assistance. Each listing states whether that particular property will accept the vouchers.

3) What if I have a felony on my credit?
Credit is pulled for each prospective tenant. It is against RPM Hometown policy to approve an application with a felony.

4) Would I be able to pay out my Security Deposit ?
No, RPM requires deposit and rent to be paid in full before a key is released to a new tenant.

5) What if the property got rented after I submitted an application?
Applications stay on file in good standing for up to 90 days. During that time frame if the property gets rented you may move your application to any other available property by contacting our office.

6) Can I pick up a paper application in office?
No, RPM Hometown applications are accepted through our website only.

7) I live out of state and plan to move to Hot Springs?
Welcome! We will be happy to have you! However, please be aware that we require you to physically visit the residence before your application is approved. This is to ensure that you are aware of any problems that the home may have.
