  • Each person over 18 that will live in the property must submit their own separate application

  • Government issued ID

  • 4 most recent pay stubs (or 2 years tax returns + 3 months bank statements if self-employed)

  • Residence history & landlord contact info for last 3 years

  • Applicants with better credit and references will generally be approved at a security deposit of 1 month’s rent 

  • Applicants with combined credit scores below 660 and references may still be approved at up to a double deposit
