2) What do I need to apply?
The application will prompt you to provide a government issued photo ID along with proof of income. Acceptable proof of income includes 1-2 months of paystubs from an employer, 3 months of bank statements or a statement reflecting monthly rent assistance via a government program. Please also be prepared to provide rental references and addresses!

3) How soon can I move in?
Depending on the property availability, we can typically process an application within 1 business day (pending you provide all required information and are approved).
