Our office is open by appointment only.  We are located at 2121 W 63rd Pl Suite 500, in Sioux Falls SD.

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

3) What is your minimum application requirements?
Our minimum requirements for applicants is based on 4 catagories. 1. Minimum 3x the rent in income. 2. Minimum 580 credit score with no open / pending bankruptcies. 3. No evictions or past due balances with former/current landlords. 4. No felony charges in the last 5 years - violent felonies over 5 years are evaluated on a case by case basis.
