1) How do I schedule a showing?
to Schedule a showing please call the phone number listed in the description box on the listing. The listing agent may be different per property so it is important to check the description box.
2) How do I submit an application?
To receive an application for a property please contact 734.619.6881. If we are unable to take your call please leave a detailed message about which property you would like to apply for along with your email and phone number and we can get that over to you as soon as possible.
3) When is the office open?
The office is open Monday- Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. While the office is open we may be out tending to our properties so please feel free to leave any documents under the office door.
4) Why did no one answer my phone call during office hours?
While we are open Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm we are often out of the office tending to our properties. Please leave a detailed message with your phone number included and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
5) What in the application is applied to my approval?
We check for credit, Income, & landlord history. None of these things will automatically count towards approval or denial of your application. We look at all of these things accumulatively.
6) What payments are required for move in?
Upon move in you are required to pay your first month of rent and a security deposit which typically costs a month to a month and a half of rent depending on your credit.
7) Can I hold a unit?
You can pay a $200 non-refundable holding fee to hold a unit for up to two weeks before move in. To hold a unit for up to a month you will be required to pay your entire security deposit which is also non-refundable.
8) Is there an application fee?
Yes there is a $45 application fee. If you need a co-signer they will also need to submit their own application and application fee.
9) Is there a waitlist?
No there is not a waitlist for properties. At Provident we work on a first come first serve basis depending on approval.
10) Who is required to be on the lease?
Anyone over the age of 18 is required to be on the lease.
11) Is there a pet policy?
The pet policy is a maximum of 2 pets per household.
There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $35 per pet per month throughout the term of your lease.
Breed restrictions include: Pitbull Terrier, Akita, Doberman Pincher, Chows, Rottweiler, & any mix there of.
12) Are utilities included?

13) Is trash pick up included?
Trash pick up is included at every property owned by Provident
14) Is lawn maintenance included?
Lawn maintenance is included at all of our commercial properties. All residential properties are required to take care of their own lawn care.
