1) Is there a deposit?
Yes, in most cases the deposit will be equal to 1 months rent. The deposit is based off of the applicants credit and rental hisotry.

2) Are pets accepted? Is there a fee?
Yes! All of our homes accept pets on a case by case basis. You will submit a pet application at PetScreener.com as part of your rental application. We do not accept any aggressive breeds.We require a $400 pet deposit prior to move-in.

3) What is the minimum credit score to rent one of your homes?
We require a 600 credit score to qualify for a single deposit. In some cases, we may accept a minimum credit score of 550 depending on the property which will also require a double deposit.

4) Is this property still available?
Yes! We diligently update our properties as soon as an applicantion is accepted. If it is still avaialbe for showings than it is still available to lease.

7) Do I need to have my own real estate agent to view the property?
You do not, each of our properties are assigned to a highly recommended real estate agent who can assist you with all of your real estate needs. Should one of our properties not meet your requirements they will be happy to recommend something similar in the area.
