1) Do you accept Section 8?
Yes! All of our properties accept section 8!

2) How do I contact you?

3) I just applied, how long before I hear anything back?
Great, we're so excited you loved the property as much as we do! Our applications process takes about 3-5 business days. Our applications department will reach out to you as soon as your application has been processed via email!

4) What is Pre-leasing?
When a unit is available for pre-lease it means it's currently occupied and not rent ready.   You are welcome to apply to secure this home as we do not hold units. If you choose to apply and you were approved for the property, you would be required to place a full security deposit, first month's rent and you would also be required to sign your lease within 48 hours sight unseen. This means there will not be an opportunity for you to see the property prior to leasing it and you would accept the property as is.   If you are comfortable with this process, you are welcome to apply. We take applications on a first come first serve basis and our processing time is about 3 business days. 5) What if there is a pending application and my application doesn't get screened?
You are welcome to transfer your application to another home you love without issue. You are also entitled to a refund on your application fee so long as your application was not sent to our screening company!
