1) What is your approval criteria?

2) Do you accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers?
Yes, we accept Section 8/Housing Vouchers. In accordance with HB20-1332, all homes managed by Alliance PM accept all sources of income.    Please take a moment to review all other approval criteria before scheduling your showing by visiting our website at www.alliancecolorado.com and selecting “Tenant Resources” from the dropdown Tenants menu. NOTE: the credit score is not used in the decision, for Section 8 tenants.

3) Can I use a guarantor  or co-signor if I don't meet your approval criteria?
Unfortunately, no.  All applicants must pass our approval criteria on their own merit. We remain in full compliance with Colorado HB-20-1332 Source of Income.

4) How do I apply for this home?
REVIEW our approval criteria under "find a rental" at www.alliancecolorado.com.  You can view our application instructions and proceed to our application from the "find a rental" page of our website.

5) What is your Resident Benefits Package?
All Alliance Property Mangagment Inc residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $40.95/month which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! 6) Can I opt-out of this Resident Benefits Package?
Yes – But ONLY the Insurance portion. Alliance Property Management is providing the Resident Benefits Package to all tenants. The included insurance coverage is under Alliance PM as a Master Policy and applied to each home under management. As a condition of the lease, all tenants are REQUIRED to have renter's insurance. Tenants receive the benefits of the coverage without applications, credit checks, or billing. Opting out of the Insurance portion reduces the cost of the RBP by $10.95

7) Do you accept portable screening reports?
Yes, we remain in full compliance with Colorado HB 23-1099THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT HAS THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE TO THE LANDLORD A PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 38-12-902 (2.5), COLORADO REVISED STATUTES; AND 2. IF THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT PROVIDES THE LANDLORD WITH A PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT, THE LANDLORD IS PROHIBITED FROM: CHARGING THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT A RENTAL APPLICATION FEE; OR CHARGING THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT A FEE FOR THE LANDLORD TO ACCESS OR USE THE PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT.

8) Do you offer virtual tours?
Yes, we have virtual tours posted on the "schedule a showing" page.  Most properties may be leased, site unseen.
