1) How long is standard lease agreement?
12 months is standard lease

2) Do you offer month to month leasing?
No

3) Do you offer short term 3-6 month leases?
Depending on availablity we do offer some properties with this option, but additional short term rent fees on top of advertised rental fees will be applied.

4) What is your dog (pet) policy weight limit?
25 pounds or under for all dogs

5) What does the $40 application fee go to? And is it refundable?
Application fee goes to the cost of applicants background check (Credit/Rental/Criminal)Application fee is non-refundable as it states on the application, as we have to pay for your background check fee even if you decide to go with a different property.

6) How long is application valid with background check good for?
Background check and application are valid for 30 days from date of applicant filed.

7) Who legally has to be listed on lease?
All residents 18 years of age and older must be listed on lease and have application on file in our system.

8) If applicant is under 21 years of age can they apply to rent unit by themselves?
Our company policy is to require all applicants under 21 years of age to have a Co-Signer apply with them.

9) Is there a limit to the number of pets a resident can have?
Yes, we have a maxium of two (2) approved and registered pets per unit.
