1) Can you hold a place before I apply?
We are unable to hold a property before you apply. All residents must apply, and once application is approved you will place a holding deposit within 24 hours of approval. A holding deposit will only hold the property for up to 14 days after the property is available for occupancy. Please note that a holding deposit is non-refundable.
