1) Are pets allowed and are there pet fees?
Yes, pets are allowed. There is a monthly pet fee of $45 per dog and $25 per cat. No aggressive breeds are allowed and dogs are restricted to 50 pounds or less. Up to 2 pets are ok but more may be restricted.
