Frequently Asked Questions

1) What are the qualifications?
We look for total household income before taxes to be at least 3x the rent. We cannot approve applicants who have had evictions within the last three years, are in active bankruptcy, or are registered sex offenders. Prior bankruptcies or evictions older than three years are not automatic disqualifications, but may result in a higher deposit due to increased risk.

2) How long is the application process?
When we receive your application, we will send you an email requesting pay stubs or other income verification. We will also send you a rental verification form to provide to your current landlord. Once we have those documents and your application payment, we will send you another email letting you know if you have been approved and what your deposit will be. As long as you send us the documents promptly, the application process may only take a couple of days.
