We run a credit check and look at what is on your credit rather than your actual score. Anything for unpaid housing, utilities, vehicles, phones or multiple credit cards will be flagged. They don’t like to see anything recent for violent crimes or felony drug offenses on your background. If there is something on your background it will come down to your credit. Income has to be three times the amount of rent unless you have a housing voucher and we do rely heavily on rental references if you have those. NOTE: ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8 AND IT WILL BE LISTED IN THE MORE DETAILS SECTION UNDER EACH PROPERTY.
