We will put that on the ads if we accept it for that property. If it is not in the ad, we do not accept it for that specific property

The maximum adult size is 25 pounds - Only one pet per home. Pet rent is $50 per month

3) How long does application processing take?
Credit history & background - 4 buisness hours Verification of employment, landlord & income - depends on third party response time but we respond witin 4 business hours

4) Tenant insurance policy
All tenants must have $100,000 liability insurance that names Crown Realty Experts as an additional insured
