1) What documents or information are required when applying?
Photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) Social security number (input for credit/background check) Proof of income/form of payment: W2 income - 3 MOST RECENT pay stubs showing gross income, company name, and your name New job - Offer letter including company details, salary or hourly payment information Employer information (name, email, phone) required to validate Self-employed: 2 years tax returns OR validated bank connect (authenticates bank statements) Rental assistance - letter indicting amount received, for how long, who it is paid to Caseworker information (name, email) required to validate Other assistance - proof of assistance Previous landlord’s contact information If you have lived at your last residence less than 2 years, 2 references are needed. Failure to provide reference information or explanation regarding why will result in application being on hold Employer and/or caseworker’s contact information Animal information (if applicable) - age, breed (for dogs), weight

2) What is required to move in?
Security deposit equal to one month's rent (paid within 3 days of signing lease, or lease is void and unit is forfeited) First month’s rent paid in full; second month is prorated Proof of renter's insurance Proof of utility (National Grid) transfer to tenant name (if applicable to unit)
