Frequently Asked Questions

1) I plan to occupy the unit with Roommates. Do we all need to apply?
Yes, seprate applications are required from all parties over the age of 18 who will be living in the unit.

2) What are MMRA Real Estate Managements basic occupancy policies?
Basic occupancy is limited to the amount of bedrooms in the unit. If you would like to occupy the unit with more individuals than bedrooms, the rental rate will be increase $100 per month per extra individual and occupancy is capped at the amount of bedrooms +2.

3) Do I need to submit seperate applications for each unit I am interested in?
No, only one application is required per individual over the age of 18 and applications can be transferred from one unit to another without additinal fees.

4) Do you allow pets in your rental units?
Our pet policies are set on a unit by unit basis and are available directly on our listing pages. In the event that pets are allowed to occupy a rental unit, a $200 per pet non-refundable fee will be collected prior to occupancy. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies (No Pet and Animal Policy / Pet Policy / Animal Policy) we require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. 5) Do you offer reduced lease terms on your rental units?
All of our rental units are currently being offers on an approximate 12-Month term unless otherwise specified on the individual listing page.

6) Do you accept housing assistance programs for your rental units?
Yes, MMRA Real Estate Management accepts rental assistance vouchers for all qualifying rental units. Typically housing assistance programs require the unit to be vacant for inspection prior to lease signing, so currently occupied units may not qualify for these programs.

7) I am a previous tenant of MMRA Real Estate Management, do I need to submit a new rental application?
MMRA Real Estate Management keeps all rental application of file for 24-months and does not require additional application fees for previous tenants who are applying for rental units with similar rental rates and qualifiactions.
