1) Can I submit an application without seeing the property in person?
No. Experience has proven that an in-person visit is essential to the success of tenant placement.

2) What happens if there are no available showing times?
We typically open show times no further than 5-6 days out. Please check back if a time that fits your schedule is not available.

3) If my application is not approved, will I receive a refund?
No. Application fees are collected directly through our 3rd party vendor and we do not mark up those fees. Criteria and Requirements are clearly explained before submitting an application.
