1) With COVID-19 how are we handling showings while still practicing social distancing?
We will be conducting virtual tours, pre-screening, and on-line applications to ensure everyone finds the right home for them and is pre-approved before we schedule a showing. This gives everyone a chance to narrow their search BEFORE leaving their home.
2) How Can I Apply On-line?
You can start the $25 application process by clicking here --> https://app.naborly.com/s/csp Please note that we require a complete application for each person that is 18 years or older that wants to live in this rental. We cannot move forward if we do not have applications for each person.NOTE: Naborly (our 3rd party application vendor) now charges a $25 application fee.

4) I see your 3rd Party Application Provider now charges an administration fee of $25. Can I apply without paying this amount?

6) What Additional Information do you need when Applying?
Additional Information We Need From You:1. Rental Applications: We will need one (1) rental application for each tenant (age 18 and older) completed in full.2. Credit Report (if not using the Naborly website).3. Copy of photo ID: Driver’s License, Passport, Ontario Photo Card, or Health Card accompanied by SIN Card, Canadian Citizenship or Birth Certificate4. Proof of income: This can include 2 recent pay stubs, income slips, or 2 months’ of bank drafts showing incoming deposits.5. Photo of pet or pets.6. Name and email for any co-applicants.7. Any additional information that you want to share with us.
7) Why do we need so much information?
Cornerstone Select Properties takes important steps in its application process to ensure that all residents living within its properties are respectful, courteous and responsible towards the property and their neighbours. Within your application, you will be asked to provide some personal information as a part of the qualification process. We will keep this information confidential as required by law and as outlined in the application.
