1) How Do I apply for a property?
Applications are online at www.RPMFresno.comClick "search rentals" Scroll thru the listed properties Click the "apply now" button on the specific property

2) Can I apply for more than one property?
There is no need to apply for multiple properties, once an application is approved, we can transfer it to another property if you choose.

3) Do you accept Section 8 / Housing Authority vouchers?
Yes, enter the application, and provide the office with your RFTA/ voucher packet.

4) Do all Adults really need to apply?
Every person 18yrs or older is required to submit an application.  Each adult will be a signer on the lease.

5) What does the application cost?
The application is $50 per person. The application is not complete until all documents are provided, and each person has applied.

6) How can I prove income if I am self employed?
You can submit last years tax return to verify your income.

7) Do you accept service animals or emotional support animals?
Documentation must be provided.  Service & ESA animals are allowed.  We use "petscreening.com" to track paperwork.  There is no charge for these animals.

8) Do you accept pets?
Our pet policy is different with each property.  Please refer to the marketing details.  If a pet is allowed, there will be an additonal deposit, and $50 monthly pet rent.  We use "petscreening.com" to coordinate the paperwork.
