1) What are the application requirements?
We require that applicants to have a combined monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. Paystubs, tax documents for self-employed, social security, child support, job offer letters, etc. can all be included.

2) What is the application fee, and is it refundable?
The application fee is $40 per applicant, and it is not refundable after your application has been processed. If for any reason we do not process the application, then we will refund your application fee.

3) Do I need renter's insurance?
Yes, renter's insurance is required to rent a property from us.

4) What happens after my application is approved?
After we have approved an application, we will send an email to let you know. The email will explain the next steps.

5) Can I apply for a property before seeing it?
Absolutely. This is often the case with applicants who are moving from out of town, as they do not usually have a chance to view a property before it's been rented by someone else.

6) Can I reserve a property before my application is approved?
We process all applications in the order they are received. Once an application has been approved, a lease has to be signed for us to be able to hold the property. If there are other applications behind yours, we can only hold the property for two weeks or less before we begin charging rent. If you are not able to move-in to the property until after the two weeks, we have to move onto the next qualified applicant.
