3) Most of our properties do allow pets; but their are some that do not.  The properties that do allow pets: Pet deposit (refundable) $250 per pet and a $60 monthly pet fee per pet, max of two pets.
Weight limits will be on the listing.

4) Do you except evictions?
No evictions in the last 7 years.

5) Where can I fill out an application?
Applications can be filled out on our website at topshelfiowa.com.  Everyone 18 and over must fill out an application.  On the application anyone 18 and over enter their Name and Email under addional applicant. Once the first person has completed the application any additional applicants will receive a verification email to fill out their portion of the application.
