1) How do I apply for the property if I like it?
Applications are done on our website: Croftonpm.com $75 app fee per adult. Normal turn around is 1 to 2 business days. We run applications Monday through Friday. We send approval/denials via email so please check your email regularly.

2) Do you take multiple applications for the same property?
We don't like to. Applications are run on a first come first serve basis. If 2 different parties apply for the property within 24 hours of each other, or over the same weekend, we will run all applications and choose the best option(meaning credit, income and move in date.) If an application comes in and no one else has applied before we run the application we will complete the approval/denial process, before running any later applications. But we do not wait to collect a bunch of applications and then run them all. Our goal is to rent the property as quickly as possible for the owner, not get a bunch of applications.
