1) You must have a valid bank account
Applicants are required to have a banking account.

2) Do we except the Section 8 Voucher?
Yes, but not all of our properties! Please check each listing. REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT collaborates with The Greenville Housing Authority throughout Greenville County to accept participants of the Housing Choice Voucher program. Please note that all prospective recipients of housing choice vouchers will be required to pay a full month's rent along with a security deposit before signing a lease agreement.

3) I have a file eviction case. Can you work with me?
We do not accept applicants with eviction or judgments filed against them in the last 5 years. However, if you have any specific circumstances or additional information you'd like to share, I can certainly pass it along to the property manager for further consideration. 📝👥 Would you like me to do that?

4) How do I know if the apartment I'm interested in is still available?
If an apartment is showing as active on our website, it is still available. Once an application is approved, we will immediately update the listing on our site to reflect the current status. If the approved applicant does not submit the deposit by their deadline, we will approve the next qualified application, or reactivate the listing and resume showings.

5) Is there an Application fee?
Yes, there is an application fee of $49 for each adult occupant. This fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of processing your application.
