1) I'm ready to apply: how do I complete an application?
Go to www.TItanRPM.com and select the “Search Rentals” tab.  Once there, scroll down and click “Apply Now” , create your login and then choose your desired property address.

2) How long does it take to receive a decision on my application?
You can expect on average 1-4 business days depending on the time it takes to verify your residential history from current and prior landlords, as well as income and employment verification.  You can help expedite this process by alerting your employer and landlords to be expecting contact from us.  Selecting the Income Verification Tool offered during application within the Appfolio software helps as well.

3) What is the length of the lease offered?
Unless otherwise stated, all of our properties are for a standard 12-month lease term. Under special circumstances we may accommodate a minimum lease term of 6 months or a maximum of 18 months, but it is rare.

4) When are funds due such as my Hold Deposit, initial rent and fees?
Selecting “Apply Now” will initiate the application.  The instructions at the beginning of the application will spell out the timeline for when funds are due.

5) The listing states “No Pets”, but I have a Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal (ESA); what does this mean for me?
