1) How much is the security deposit?

2) How long does it take to find out if we've been approved.
In most situations, once the application (or household application) is fully complete (complete applications for each adult resident over 18, pet screening, holding deposit paid, bank account verification & landlord references provided, all completed, etc.) we can make a determination within 2-3 business days.

3) I can't schedule a showing until tomorrow, can I apply today?
We do not accept lease applications until/unless you've viewed the property.  We do not produce leases for sight unseen applicants.

4) I have exceptional credit, but no income right now - Do I have to meet the income requirement?
Yes, we fairly and evenly apply the application standards to all applicants.  Applications are reviewed on first in, first reviewed basis.   The applications are not weighted - so the first household or group to apply that meets the criteria will be approved.
