1) (Properties priced less than $1800 per month) What is the required average score for the group?
Average Credit Score of group 600 or higher.

2) (Properties priced less than $1800 per month) What will happen if I do not have an average score of 551 or higher?
Average score must be 551 or higher or application will be denied.

3) (Properties priced less than $1800 per month) What is the required monthly income?
2.5 times the monthly rent in documentable gross income or higher.

4) What are the other minimum requirements to get qualified?
Certain criminal convictions may be grounds for denial, please see below for more info. No evictions on record No more than 2 collections or delinquent accounts.  Accounts when combined must not exceed $300 for both collections, this applies for both applicants.  (Two applicants no more than $600, etc.) Ignore medical trade lines Ignore education and student loan trade lines No bankruptcies within 2 years, ignore if dismissed

5) (Properties priced greater than $1800 but less than $2300 per month) What is the required average score for the group?
Average Credit score of group 650 or higher.

6) (Properties priced greater than $1800 but less than $2300 per month) What will happen if I do not have an average score of 551 or higher?
Average score must be 601 or higher or application will be denied.

7) (Properties priced greater than $1800 but less than $2300 per month) What is the required monthly income?
3 times the monthly rent in documentable gross income or higher.

8) (Properties priced greater than $2300 per month) What is the required average score for the group?
Average Credit score of group 690 or higher.

9) (Properties priced greater than $2300 per month) What will happen if I do not have an average score of 551 or higher?
Average score must be 640 or higher or application will be denied.

10) (Properties priced greater than $2300 per month) What is the required monthly income?
3 times the monthly rent in documentable gross income or higher.

11) How long does it take to get the results  of the application?
Application turn around time is 2-3 business days, provided that all necessary documentation is submitted and we can contact your prior landlords.

12) Do all of us need to submit an  application?
Anyone who is 18 years of age or older and  who will be living in the home will need to  submit a separate application.

13) How much is the application fee?
Applications fees are $50 each.

14) What will happen if I have a lower average credit score?
For a lower average credit score a higher security deposit will be required, as long as it still falls within the parameters of our minimum applicant requirements.

15) What if I fail to meet the required monthly income?
For applicants that fall slightly short of this requirement a higher security deposit may be required.
