Certain criminal convictions

applies for both applicants. (Two

of group 690 or higher.
9) (Properties priced greater than $2300 per month) What will happen if I do not have an average score of 551 or higher?
Average score must be
640 or higher or application will be denied.
10) (Properties priced greater than $2300 per month) What is the required monthly income?
3 times the monthly
rent in documentable gross income or higher.
11) How long does it take to get the results
of the application?
Application turn around time is 2-3 business days, provided that all necessary documentation is submitted and we can contact your prior landlords.
12) Do all of us need to submit an
application?
Anyone who is 18 years of age or older and
who will be living in the home will need to
submit a separate application.
13) How much is the application fee?
Applications fees are $50 each.
14) What will happen if I have a lower average credit score?
For a lower average credit score a higher security deposit will be required, as long as it still falls within the parameters of our minimum applicant requirements.
15) What if I fail to meet the required monthly income?
For applicants that fall slightly short of this requirement a higher security deposit may be required.
