1) Do you have any pet fees, deposits, or restrictions?
For properties that are listed as pet friendly or pet friendly with limitations, our standard fee structure is a single non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an increase of $25/month per pet, to a maximum of two pets, sometimes three depending on the property. However, this may change based on the property owner's own preferences or the types of pets involved, and we will have a better idea of that once we present them with an application. For properties that are pet friendly with limitations, the pet must be more than a year old and a breed that will not grow greater than 25 lbs.
2) How long will you hold a property for me?
The longest we will hold a property vacant is two weeks, if a lease is signed and deposit is paid. If you would like to wait until closer to your desired move-in date to sign a lease you are welcome to do so, but until a lease is signed and deposit is paid we will continue to market the property and run other applicants.
3) Do you have any properties that accept "Housing" or "Section 8"?
All of our properties that are registered with a housing authority will let you know in the description on the listing.
