1) Do you accept prospects with evictions
While our intial screening requirement is no evictions within 5 years, we will review special conditions upon request.

2) I have no rental history yet. Do you ever accept
Depending on your income to debt ratio, we could consider acceptance with a co-signor or a higher deposit.

3) Do you accept service animals?
Of course! However we do require that the Prospect have an actual prescription from a Doctor in the field of the need (not a general practioner or an online source). Special note: We do not waive regulations for service animals.  All must follow the rules of the lease agreement which meet the standards of the ADA for the protection of the public and the property.

4) Do you have shorter term lease?
Occassionally, a property owner will allow a shorter term lease than a 12 month term.  Those properties will be notated accordingly.

5) Is the application fee refundable?
Sadly, no.  Once you submit your application and fee, it is immediately screened which comes at a cost to the management company.  Should a property be leased to another while your application is working, be advised that your application can be used for any of our other properties for 3 months.

6) If the home I applied for was approved for someone before my application was approved, do I have to pay another application fee?
Nope!  All of our properties are on a first-come first-serve basis.  Applications are screened immediately by our system and there is not baise on which one is selected.  It is simply who can get their deposit in the soonest post approval. If missed out on your first choice, your application is good for 3 MONTHS for any other property that meets your financial qualifictions.

7) Does Oklahoma Red Door Management own the properties in their portfolio?
Short answer is no. All are owned by individual property owners from all around the world.

8) What are your rental requirements to be approved?
