1) Can I get an application link?
You are highly encouraged to see the property before applying to ensure that it is a fit. Currently the application link is not available on the listing. Please reach out to the Tranquil Management team.

2) Do you accept section 8?
For the listings at 540 Reed Street, section 8 is accepted

3) Do you accept animals?
Yes, up to 2 animals that are either a small dog or cat under 25 pounds.  You will need to create a petscreening.com profile for each animal

4) Is there a pet fee?
Yes, each pet requires a pet fee of $250 and an additional $25 rent per month

5) What are your screening requirements?
Several things are taken under consideration to review your candidacy including your rental history, including any evictions, credit and payment history, ability to pay and source of income, criminal background and other factors.  If you wish to learn more, please specify and we can ask Tranquil Management.

6) Do you accept emotional support animals or service animals?
Yes, they are accepted
