  • Most of our homes are available for Rent-To-Own only (there is NO straight rent-only option unless otherwise indicated in the description).  
  • For rent-to-own, instead of a refundable security deposit, there is a NON-refundable Option Fee down payment (OFDP) due UP FRONT in addition to 1st full month's rent.
  • 100% of the OFDP counts towards the Option Price of the home later on when you exercise your option to purchase the home (so it’s NOT like an extra fee just to rent-to-own…ALL of it counts towards the home), but it's always going to be much more than a typical security deposit for a straight rental.
  • $5,000.00 minimum - OFDP requirements vary from home to home as it's based on the Option Price of the rent-to-own home.  In general we tell folks to have at least $5,000.00 avail for a CITY home and at least ~$7,500.00 for a COUNTY home as they tend to be priced higher.
