1) How does a self-guided tour work?
Select a tour time and complete the required identity verification. We will ask you to confirm your tour before the scheduled time. After confirmation, you will receive instructions for accessing the unit. All VIDA buildings use Amazon Key, so you will also receive a separate email directly from Amazon Key with instructions for accessing the building. The tour is unaccompanied, so you can view the unit on your own.

2) Why do I need to provide identification?
Identification is required to confirm your identity and help keep our customers, buildings and communities safe during self guided tours. If you do not have a driver’s licence or cannot complete the identity verification, please contact VIDA to discuss another secure viewing option.

3) Do I need to confirm my tour?
Yes. We will send you a confirmation request by email and text message before your scheduled tour. You must confirm your tour at least one hour before the scheduled time. If you do not confirm it, the booking may be cancelled automatically.

4) When will I receive the access instructions?
Access instructions are provided after you confirm your tour. You will receive the unit access information through us and a separate email directly from Amazon Key with instructions for entering the building. Check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the emails.

5) What should I do if I cannot access the building or unit?
Review your building and unit access instructions you received before your tour. If you still cannot access the building or unit, reply to your confirmation email or contact VIDA for assistance.

6) How can I reschedule or cancel my tour?
Open the Showing Details link in your confirmation email or text message. From there, you can select another available time or cancel your tour.

7) How do I apply for the unit?
VIDA requires prospective customers to view the unit before applying. After your tour, follow the application link provided by VIDA if you would like to move forward.

8) When can I move in?
VIDA move ins take place on the 1st or 15th of the month. When scheduling your tour, select the date that best reflects when you would like to move in.

9) Are pets allowed?
Yes. VIDA buildings are pet friendly. Any applicable pet rules will be reviewed as part of the leasing process.
