Frequently Asked Questions

1) How do I qualify?
We do a credit check, previous landlord reference check, and income check. We prefer credit scores be 575 or above, 3 years positive rental history and income per month should be at least 3 times the rent amount. The higher your credit score the higher your application score. We do not automatically decline because of bad credit - we use all 3 of these sources to process applications.

2) Is the application fee refundable?
No. Application fees are non refundable. There is a $50 application fee per person 18 and older.

3) Can I speak to a live person?

4) Do you do short term leases?
No, minimum 12 month lease unless otherwise stated in the ad.

5) Do you take a voucher?
It will state in the ad if we take it, if it doesn't state that we take it than that unit does not accept a voucher.

6) How much will my deposit be?
That will depend upon your application, it could be equal to one or two months rent.
