1) What is the minimum credit score required to rent this property?
Answer: Appliants need a combined credit score of 600. We will look at the credit score of all the applicants, and find the average.
2) What is the income requirement to rent this property?
Answer: The combined montly GROSS income of all applicants must be 3x the monthly rent.
3) Will I get approved if I have a bankruptcy?
Answer: It depends on how recent it is. It also depends on your overall application score after we review everything on your application.
4) Do you accept Section 8?
Yes, Section 8 is accepted. However, we run all applicants through the exact same screening process. We require a minimum 600 credit score and the monthly income must be 3x the monthly rent. These are the minimum requirements. Additionally, we run a criminal background check, pet screening, landlord verfication and other screenings to ensure the applicant is qualified.
