1) How do I access my account online?
Email us at contactlaneclark@gmail.com so we can send you an email invitation from our system. The invite will include a link that will allow you to create your online account and access everything related to your lease. From then, you'll log in using your email address and the password you set.

2) When is rent due?
Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment or send your check a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.

3) Can I have my rent payment auto-debited from my bank account?
Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.

4) Who should I make my check payable to?
All checks should be made payable to Clark Real Estate and Developmet LLC. Send any checks to Clark Real Estate and Development 99 Wall Street Suite 244, Manhattan NY 10005.  For your convenience, you can also pay rent online.
