1) Do you accept Section 8?
Yes we accept housing assistance programs like Section 8. We follow all fair housing guidelines and encourage you to submit an application.

2) Do you accept pets?
Some rentals accept pets and some do not. Generally speaking we like pets and encourage our owners to accept them. There may be additional monthly pet rent. Please check any specific listing for pet details.

3) Who must apply?
Each individual aged 18 or older who will reside in the home must submit a separate application. Applications are not considered "complete" until we receive submitted applications from everyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home.
