1) Do you accept Section 8?
Yes we accept Section 8 and other housing assistance or subsidies.

2) Do you accept pets?
That depends on the specific rental. Some owners allow pets and some do not. Generally speaking we like pets and encourage our owners to accept them. Unless the listing says no pets, we will accept reasonable pets for most of our listings. Additional insurnace may be required.

3) Who must apply?
Each individual aged 18 or older who will reside in the home must submit a separate application. Applications are not considered "complete" until we receive submitted applications from everyone in your party.
