Yes, we check credit, rental history, and background reports. Applicants with prior evictions, outstanding balances to landlords, or serious criminal records may be denied.
5) How long does the approval process take?
Applications are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delays may occur if additional verification is needed.
6) How much is the security deposit?
The standard security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, but may vary based on credit and rental history.
7) When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 5th.
8) Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary by property. If pets are allowed, a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Breed restrictions may apply.

All maintenance requests must be submitted through the tenant portal. Emergency maintenance should be reported immediately.

Examples include no heat in winter, major leaks, gas leaks, or electrical hazards. Non-urgent repairs (such as minor plumbing issues) will be scheduled during business hours.
