1) There are 2 lockboxes on the door. Which one should I use?
Please use the black lockbox or Smart lock on the door. Please disregard the gray master lock.
2) How do I use the black Showmojo hanging lockbox?
To use the lockbox:
Enter the code.
Press OK.
Slide the lock to the right to open the lockbox.
Put key back in the lockbox after use and close to lock.
3) Are units in as-is condition?
Yes, tenants are responsible for their own maintenance. Executive and Semi-Private suites may NOT paint or alter their office. Private suite tenants are responsible for their own renovations/repairs/maintenace .
4) May I add additional signage?
No. Additional signs, banners, yard signs are PROHIBITED. This is not a foot-traffic retail facility, this is an appointment based office space location.
5) What forms of payment do you accept?
Initial move-in fees are paid by CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY. We do not accept money orders. Monthly rental payments are paid online via Rent Cafe app.
6) What are parking lot rules?
No overnight parking. No trailers, PODS, storage units, commercial vehicles, tractor trailor/Cab allowed at anytime. Vehicles with flat tires, abandoned, expired/missing tags/registration, inoperable, will be towed at owners expense.
7) What are the Office Park access/operating hours?
7am-11am. The office park closes over night, no persons or vehicles should be on site after 11:00pm.
8) Do you charge late fees?
Yes, there are TWO late fees. $100 if rent is not paid by 5:00pm on the 5th, and an ADDITIONAL $200 if not paid by 5:00pm of the 9th of the month.
9) I am having issue verifying the tour using my ID. What do I need to do?
Please make sure that you are uploading the front AND back of your government issued ID. The showing will be rejected if you do not upload the front and back.
10) I am on time for my tour and I haven't received the code. What happened?
It is important that you reply to the the text message sent from ShowMojo one hour before the tour to confirm your arrival. You will need to confirm to receive the code.
11) I am more than 1 hour late for my tour and now my code does not work. What do I do next?
You will need to schedule another tour and complete the process to receive a code. It is important that you show up to the tour on time.
